PayPal, one of the world’s first financial middle men between consumer and business sought to document the work of small business owner Chris Smith and how he conducts business and the resulting ease of payment through PayPal’s mobile credit card reader. the docu-style advertisement follows Chris smith in his work though new york, utilizing the card reader in various moments throughout his process. The client was looking for a musical bed for the imagery to lay on, something non distracting, yet grooving and inspirational. 

What we did

For PayPal “Chris smith” campaign the That London Agency approach was to take an electronic and ambient aesthetic, utilizing synthesis and various acoustic instruments to create a musical landscape. the interweaving, subtraction and addition of elements, moved dynamically with the shifts of the video imagery. The end result was for internal usage & online campaign.
